HOW DOES IT WORK?
Squeeze the trigger and the button arm mechanically presses a button and activates the scanner.
No electronics!
The button arm can be adjusted to press either the top or bottom button on the left side of the handheld.

IS IT DURABLE?
Oh yeah. Over 1,000 handles sold and used by baggage handlers in the airline industry. If a part breaks, it will be replaced at no charge within the warranty. Outside of the warranty, you can purchase a replacement here.
